Can I order over the phone?
No, we only take orders online. However, if you are experiencing difficulties please get in touch at pinkrunway@hotmail.com and we will be happy to get back to you.
Payments and order process
You will receive an order confirmation email from Pink Runway within 12 hours of your order being placed. If you have not received this email, please check your junk mail.
Your payment will be taken once your order has been placed.
If for any reason you need your order number you will find it in the order confirmation email, emailed to the email address you registered.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, we do not allow you to add items to an existing order if your order has been processed and dispatched. This also means that we cannot change your order at this point in the process.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Please get in touch if you need to cancel an order. Unfortunately, if your order has already been fulfilled we cannot cancel it, but you can return it within 14 days of dispatch.

How long will I have to wait for my order to be delivered?

What happens if I’m not at home when you deliver my order?
Fear not. If you are not at the specified delivery address when delivery is attempted, the carrier should leave a ‘while you were out’ card. This card will give you the information you need to collect your parcel, or have it redelivered elsewhere.
Can I change my delivery address after my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately no. Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. This is because your order has already been packed and may have left.
Can I track my order?
Unfortunately, standard delivery cannot be tracked.

RETURNS
Can I return a sale item?
We do not refund, accept returns or exchange Sale items.
How do I return an item?
We have a 14-day return policy for UK customers, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For customers outside the UK the policy is 21 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at pinkrunway@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us by post. Once we have received it, you will be credited with the value of your returned product to your original method of payment. The item must be unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of products that have been used.
